In the near future, a crucial juncture awaits us all - 2026 will usher in regulations that bind SMEs to align their endeavors with ESG standards. Despite the urgency of this transformation, a stark reality persists: the majority of these grassroots entities remain on the periphery of ESG engagement. To date, it is predominantly multinationals and large organizations that have embarked on this mission.

At Ve3 , we recognize the urgency and importance of equipping startups, SMEs, and NGOs to not only navigate these impending regulatory landscapes but to thrive within them. 

The National Values Assessment - Italy project, conducted in Partnership with Barrett Values Centre, assessed the personal, current, and desired values of Italians in 2012 and 2020. The aim was to identify gaps between the current and desired national culture to guide Italy’s cultural evolution.

The assessment tool generated a Cultural Evolution Report, which highlighted positive progress, ongoing concerns, and priorities for national advancement. The project emphasized the importance of leadership commitment and continuous values management in embedding desired values into the national ethos.

Findings revealed shifts in values over time and outlined steps needed to align current values with the nation's aspirations.
